Your First Visit, Step by Step
Step 1 — Schedule Online through our website/booking site or call/text us at (402) 769-6624. Same-week appointments are usually available.
Step 2 — Complete Your Online Intake Forms. We'll send you a link to fill out your health history before you arrive so we can hit the ground running. It takes about 10 minutes.
Step 3 — Meet Dr. Kyle Hedlund. Your first visit starts with a conversation. Dr. Kyle will review your history, ask about your goals, and actually listen — not just hand you a clipboard and disappear.
Step 4 — Assessment & Exam. We'll look at how you move, assess your posture, and identify the root cause of your pain or problem. No guesswork.
Step 5 — Same-Day Treatment In most cases, you'll receive treatment on your very first visit — no waiting until visit two to start feeling better.
Step 6 — Your Personalized Care Plan Before you leave, Dr. Kyle will walk you through exactly what's going on and what your care plan looks like. You'll leave with answers, not just a receipt.

How long is the first visit? Plan for about 30-45 minutes for your initial appointment. Follow-up visits are typically 15-20 minutes.

Do I need a referral? Nope. You can schedule directly with us — no referral needed.

Will I get adjusted on my first visit? Yes, in most cases. We don't believe in making you wait to start feeling better.

Is chiropractic care safe? Yes. Chiropractic care is one of the safest, most evidence-based options for musculoskeletal pain. Dr. Kyle will always explain what he's doing and why before any treatment.

Do you take my insurance? We accept most major insurances including UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and more. Not sure about yours? Call us and we'll check for you.

What if I don't have insurance? No problem — we offer affordable self-pay rates and accept FSA and HSA cards.
